Wendy brings over 20 years of experience in employee benefit plan administration to ABG Southwest. Her expertise in administering profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, per capita plans, and cafeteria plans enables her to provide managerial oversight to team members who support client requests and execute administrative duties. Her proficient use of SunGard Relius products and Crystal Reports assures clients of effective quality control management.

Wendy uses her organizational and customer service skills to participate in new benefit plan design and implementation. She also ensures compliance with applicable regulations, such as HIPAA, as well as coordination with other service providers to facilitate seamless transitions. She imparts her knowledge to newly enrolled benefit plan participants by creating user- friendly enrollment materials and conducting informative presentations on benefit plan features.

Wendy has earned the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries’ designations of Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). She is also a Tax-Exempt and Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) and holds Advanced Certification in Flexible Compensation (ACFC).
