Lisa Wilcox,
Principal

Lisa Wilcox has been with the firm for more than 32 years and she specializes in retirement plan administration, compensation planning and human resources consulting. Lisa works with clients in the following areas:

  • Retirement plan design, administration and recordkeeping
  • Compensation studies, including job analysis, job evaluation, benchmarking and implementation
  • Evaluation and advice concerning appropriate employee benefit plan design and offerings
  • Human resource consulting on performance evaluation systems, compensation systems, and policies and procedures

Lisa earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, which is the Society’s highest level, and completed the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program through the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

In addition, Lisa is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and Retirement Plan Associate (RPA). She is a longstanding member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Society for Human Resource Management. She serves on the Board of Directors for New Mexico Junior Achievement and is also active in United Way of Central New Mexico.
