When it comes to financial wellness, a recent study shows that 53% of plan participants are stressed about their finances. At ABG, we understand that today there is a real need and an opportunity to help plan participants better manage their financial lives in terms of both short- and longer-term financial goals. In this issue we provide an overview of our new Financial Wellness program designed specifically to meet this need.

Adding expertise or boosting staffing resources for large projects are some of the reasons companies contract leased employees. In this issue, we highlight several considerations for plan sponsors when it comes to leased employees and retirement plans.

One of the most complex issues for a plan sponsor can be the definition of compensation as it relates to a retirement plan. In this issue, we provide an overview of the typical definitions of compensation and discuss how to proactively protect against compensation oversights and errors.
