Dear Colleague:
During these unprecedented times and in light of many of the financial and health challenges posed by the pandemic, plan participants may be evaluating their continued participation in retirement plans. In this issue of the ABG Newsletter we explore this topic and the impact of the CARES Act withdrawal provisions.
We also take a look at both plan sponsor and participant trends during the pandemic. From how plan sponsors are balancing the needs of participants with the needs of their businesses, to what participants are doing in terms of contributions, withdrawals, and the asset allocations of their accounts.
