Principal’s Letter

Dear Colleague:

According to a recent study by the National Institute on Retirement Security, 66% of Millennials have nothing saved for retirement. In this issue we look at how this largest generation in U.S. history is potentially facing a retirement crisis.

The 2018 Employee Benefit Research Institute Retirement Confidence Survey reveals that 64% percent of workers surveyed are very or somewhat confident about their financial prospects in retirement. We take a closer look at the survey results which tell a slightly different story about retirement readiness.

Cybersecurity continues to be top of mind for many of us. In this issue we explore some of the proactive measures plan sponsors can take to increase cybersecurity for their retirement plans.
