Our COVID-19 Response

We’re here for you during this challenging time

We hope this note finds you well and in good health!

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to impact our communities, we want to communicate the steps we’re taking at ABG Southwest to mitigate the effects it will have on our clients.

Our top priority, of course, is protecting the health and safety of our team members, while continuing to serve the needs of our clients, advisors and participants. In accordance with state and local guidelines, ABG Southwest has adopted a work-from-home policy. Due to the significant investments we’ve made in our technology infrastructure over the years, the services we provide are largely cloud-based, which makes this transition very easy for our team members.

Our websites are available 24/7 and cover a variety of self-service needs. Our retirement plan management systems are healthy and continuously monitored. And while web traffic volumes are elevated, our systems are operating well within normal range.

In addition, our Participant Help Line utilizes a leading cloud-based telecommunications system, which enables our team members to engage with plan participants effectively, regardless of our physical locations.

Please continue to contact ABG Southwest by email at benefits@abgsw.com or by calling our Participant Help Line at 877-516-7339. If you leave a voicemail, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our team members are ready to help.

We know the next few weeks will be incredibly challenging for all of us, but we have great confidence in the future. For now, we will continue to update you as needed. It is our privilege to serve you today, tomorrow, and beyond.

With best regards,

Dennis Davis, SPHR, CEBS, CPC, AIF®
Principal, ABG Southwest
